  1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Sheq Safety CC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the www.sheqsafety.co.za website, including any related media form, channel, mobile website, or mobile application (collectively, the “Site”).

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sheq Safety CC regarding Site use. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
